Head of New Leasing & Acquisitions
This role is responsible for growing and managing a property portfolio, mainly through leasing, acquisitions, developments, and financial performance in the retail/property sector.
Main Responsibilities Financial Oversight of Existing Portfolio Ensure properties stay fully occupied and profitable. Monitor vacancies, leasing activity, and tenant mix. Analyze finances to support lease decisions. Grow property value (gross asset value) and improve income. Monitor budgets, profits, costs, and operating margins. Identifying Growth Opportunities Find and manage new acquisitions, property developments, and disposals. Conduct market research, site analysis, and demographic studies. Work with brokers and attorneys on property purchases and sales agreements. Lead due diligence for buying and selling properties. Manage leasing for new developments and ensure a strong tenant mix.
