Head of Office – Málaga & Head of Office – Granada
Locations: Málaga (on‑site) / Granada (on‑site)
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Full‑time, permanent (6‑month trial period)
About the role
In either Málaga or Granada, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of your site
- Ensure high‑quality delivery of Erasmus+ mobility programmes
- Lead and coordinate local teams
- Act as the main decision‑maker on the ground
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and European schools
- Contribute to the growth of your office
Key responsibilities (common to both roles)
- Operational management
- Oversee accommodation, transport, activities, and logistics
- Coordinate local providers and ensure everything is ready before group arrivals
- Supervise basic maintenance of facilities and resources
