A reputable rural Bank in the Northern Region seeks suitable persons to occupy the position: Head of Operations
Job Purpose
• Responsible for managing and attaining the strategic objectives of the operations department of the bank. The jobholder shall provide operational and tactical leadership in achievement of the financial and operations targets of the Bank
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of an honours bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Risk Management with a minimum of 10 years banking experience, 5 years of which should have been a head of operations preferably in a rural bank / 7 years experience in finance and operations function on a management grade in any bank
• Must be a member of any of the following professional bodies, CIB, ICA, ACCA or CIMA
