RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Operations
Manage the execution of operational processes for the organization, such as transaction adjustments, settlement reconciliation, and also provide support on MIS reporting Maintain and ensure up-to-date of operation manuals and other procedures of the department Design the operational process and step-by-step procedure to support changes on existing business products/services and new business products/services Manage the customer hotline service to ensure all enquires are properly handled Manage complaint cases to ensure properly settled and documented Responsible for user account management function and the related revalidation Support any other operational works required for delivering services to customers/business partners Quality Assurance
