Job Description
What You Will Do:
1) Office Administration/Operations
- Monitor staff & daily office operation work
- Check/monitor eyeshare team daily performance, invoices scanning cross check report
- Sign sea crew contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters
- Check and approve payment for monthly office expenses/check MYR bank reconciliation/fund projection
- Monitor and check operation funding (MYR)
- Check and follow up with Risk Management HK to ensure the Ship Management Agreement to be sent and file in Labuan.
- Arrange to apply documents (from the Authority) requested by Risk management.
2) Statutory complianc
- eLocal statutory company secretarial wor
- kPrepare directors' resolution (enter to new ship management and Dividend payment) and arrange signin
- gArrange any urgent request from AE HK to obtain/apply relevant documents such as Letter of Incumbency, Ta...
