KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop case studies, industry reports, and credibility-building campaigns
- Oversee marketing ROI and pipeline contribution metrics
- Oversee account management and customer success teams
- Ensure seamless onboarding for all products
- Improve implementation timelines and service delivery standards
- Establish client performance reporting frameworks
- Drive renewal rates and upsell of energy solutions
