Job Description
We are hiring a Head Of Operations to join our Traffic Management division – based in Aylesbury, Ilton or Indian Queens.
As Head Of Operations, you will implement correct processes and practices across the organisation, including formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring resources and securing compliance.
Reporting to the UK Operations Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of all Traffic Management depots in England: Aylesbury, Swindon, Somerset and Cornwall. The role includes managing the supply partners, collaborating with our Telco division and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
This will include coordinating the internal structure of the organisation based on company policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently.
