10+ years of experience in partnerships/business development
Strong background in Banking / NBFC / Cards / Payments ecosystem
Proven track record of closing large-scale commercial partnerships
Deep network across banks, issuers, and fintech stakeholders
Strong understanding of discounting economics and co-funded models
Ability to negotiate high-value deals and drive revenue impact
Experience working in high-growth / startup environments is a plus
