In this role, you will de-risk early-stage innovation through rapid validation, ensuring that only high-potential concepts progress. You will define and shape the Innovation Lab, driving meaningful outcomes by accelerating the journey from idea to implementation and embedding innovation into business-as-usual or external partnerships.
