Operating strictly within the HR Department, you will lead the charge in digitizing organizational performance and workforce productivity, moving us to a sophisticated, automated data ecosystem. By providing the leadership team with a clear view of headcount efficiency and business health, you will become the architect of our scaling strategy, ensuring every function and region operates at its peak potential.
