This role will oversee the end to end employee experience and people strategy for a large, multi site workforce across Jakarta, Jogja, Solo, and Bali. The primary focus is to enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, wellness initiatives, performance management, and industrial relations, ensuring a positive and consistent employee journey aligned with business objectives.
