- Supervise all team Post Sales Services in doing their role and responsibility.
- Monitor and quality control Financial and Non-Financial transaction in Post Sales Services.
- Monitor register, capacity and Process in Post Sales Services.
- Provide Daily and Monthly transaction report.
- Provide ad hoc data/information related to business unit activity as per requested by other dept or external audit.
- Become the PIC for QC Switching transaction before the template and list uploaded to system.
- Approve payment transaction follows DOA.
- Assess Performance Team in doing their daily routines.
- Assess existing process aligned to Guidelines and Standard Operation Procedure.
- Propose revamp Standard Operation Procedure after assessment (self-review) business unit.
- Implementation of OJK regulation related to Post Sales Services process.
