Title: Head of Product Delivery and Operations
About the Role
This role leads and develops a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team based in Vietnam, supporting technology transformation, data governance, product compliance, and change delivery across the Bank’s Financial Crime Transformation function.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, ensuring Financial Crime platforms are stable, compliant, and capable of delivering incremental change effectively.
As the senior leader for the Vietnam function, you will act as a key bridge between offshore delivery teams and Australia-based product and domain stakeholders, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and reliable delivery across five functional chapters.
