Your Contribution

As Head of Product Development (m/f/d) – chargeBIG, you take overall technical responsibility for chargeBIG, including steering product development and continuously optimizing the product portfolio.

  • Acting as the technical lead and central point of contact for customers across all organizational levels – from operational teams to C‑level executives

  • Active support of chargeBIG’s business development during the scale‑up phase

  • Further development of the organization as well as building capabilities and enhancing the performance of interdisciplinary teams in software, hardware, mechanics, prototyping, and testing

  • Identification and implementation of efficiency measures, such as make‑or‑buy decisions, AI‑supported coding and analytics, test automation, and modern development methods
