AI‑First / AI‑Assisted Development
Lead the adoption of AI‑assisted engineering and automation frameworks to enhance development velocity, quality, and scalability. Institutionalize AI‑first workflows across coding, testing, deployment, and observability using LLM‑assisted code generation, documentation, and intelligent review pipelines.

1) Strategic Leadership & Vision (CTO Mindset)
- Define and execute technology strategy and architecture.
