Role: Head of Programme Full-Time Location: On Campus (Mumbai) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Lead to oversee academic delivery, support staff and students, and ensure high-quality teaching across our programmes in Mumbai.
This is a face-to-face leadership role requiring strong academic expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to an outstanding student experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the delivery of assigned programmes and modules, ensuring academic quality and consistency.
Support and supervise lecturers and associate staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, assessment, and student engagement.
Oversee curriculum delivery, update teaching materials, and ensure compliance with programme specifications.
Manage assessment processes, including setting, moderating, verifying, and ensuring timely feedback.
