Role
Head of Prudential Risk – a senior finance role that leads the planning and production of key prudential deliverables, ensuring financial risk is managed within risk appetite across Monzo.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual group ICAAP process, ensuring delivery on time and alignment with internal and external requirements.
- Own the annual review of the recovery plan, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and reflects the evolving group.
- Implement the Group’s evolving resolution strategy, complying with RAF requirements including OCIR, VIR and COA.
- Support capital planning activities, risk appetite setting and lead ALCO reporting and KRI maintenance for Financial Risk.
