The Talent Set are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic Head of Public Fundraising role. This key leadership position involves shaping and driving the organisations public fundraising strategy, focusing on legacy giving, regular giving, and new supporter acquisition to maximise income and supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and optimise public fundraising income streams, including legacies, regular giving, and community initiatives. Lead, support, and develop the fundraising team to achieve targets and ensure best practices across all campaigns. Conduct analysis of fundraising performance and supporter data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
