Job Description
As a Head of Quality Laboratories, you will be responsible for 3 laboratories: liquid paint, ecoat pretreatment and powder, you will ensure the Quality Indicators, guaranteeing standardization, calibration and maintenance through continuous improvement. You will report to Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities Implement a strategy to promote the broader goals of the sub-function through the work of the professional staff. Recommend changes in policies and establish procedures that affect the subfunction. You will develop the documentation required by the Quality Systems (ISO/TS *****:**** and ISO ****:****) applicable to the area, to comply with our Integrated Quality System. Plan and manage laboratory budgets to determine capacity, manage use and maintain maximums and minimums. Ensure compliance to maintenance, calibration, R&R; analysis programs.
