Job Description
To lead and drive TERAJU’s regional development agenda in Sarawak by providing strategic and commercial‑mindful leadership over the implementation of financing, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement initiatives at the State level. The role exists to ensure effective, efficient, and value‑driven delivery of Bumiputera empowerment programmes, to cultivate high‑impact strategic partnerships with government agencies, industry players, and local communities, and to advance sustainable regional economic growth in alignment with national Bumiputera development policies.
A. Strategic Leadership
Provide strategic leadership in translating TERAJU’s national mandate and corporate strategy into Sarawak‑specific development priorities and execution plans.
Advise TERAJU HQ and Senior Management on state‑level economic trends, policy implications, and emerging opportunities affecting Bumiputera participation.
