Head of Revenue Management

Unite Students have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Revenue Management to join us in either our Bristol or London office.

The Head of Revenue Management is responsible for defining and delivering the portfolio-wide revenue strategy across all brands, assets and revenue streams including nominations, direct-let business, alternative letting models, summer income and backfill. The role will drive and maximise top‑line performance through strategic oversight of pricing, inventory management, tenancy length strategy and channel optimisation, ensuring the optimal revenue mix across the portfolio.

The Head of Revenue Management will set both in‑year and future sales cycle strategies, ensuring revenue optimisation through strong demand forecasting, market insight and proactive commercial decision making.
