Job Description
Reward Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute Group-wide compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and talent priorities.
- Review and enhance equitable salary structures, reward frameworks, and performance-linked pay systems.
- Ensure HR reward policies remain competitive, compliant, and market-relevant.
Bonus Pool Management & Incentive Design
- Lead the design and governance of the Group's annual bonus pool funding and allocation framework.
- Develop and manage equitable, merit-based payout matrices aligned with profitability, performance, and risk considerations.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of incentive practices locally and internationally.
Compensation Systems & Digital Enablement
- Lead compensation-related system initiatives (e.g. Workday) from requirements gathering through SIT, UAT, and go-live.
