Job Description

Reward Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute Group-wide compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and talent priorities.
  • Review and enhance equitable salary structures, reward frameworks, and performance-linked pay systems.
  • Ensure HR reward policies remain competitive, compliant, and market-relevant.

Bonus Pool Management & Incentive Design

  • Lead the design and governance of the Group's annual bonus pool funding and allocation framework.
  • Develop and manage equitable, merit-based payout matrices aligned with profitability, performance, and risk considerations.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of incentive practices locally and internationally.

Compensation Systems & Digital Enablement

  • Lead compensation-related system initiatives (e.g. Workday) from requirements gathering through SIT, UAT, and go-live.
