Key areas of responsibilities:
Credit Risk
- Approve credit transactions within Delegation of Authority (“DOA”).
- Review, recommend and approve credit submissions with good balance between risks and returns and in compliance with the Company’s credit policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Responsible and accountable for (i) data integrity and hygiene in respect of the decision-making process, (ii) the efficient and smooth operation of the Department.
- Direct and lead the conceptualization, development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit assessment tools.
- Lead a team of credit analysis to ensure optimal standard credit quality that includes but not limited to clean data hygiene and information integrity.
- Provide leadership, training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency and skill development of the credit analysis.
