Job Description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Sales to take full ownership of the sales function for a successful aluminium glazing installation business. You will drive pipeline growth, strengthen key client relationships and ensure commercial discipline across all project types. This role removes dependency on senior leadership by creating a clear, structured and accountable sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales across Large Install, Small Works, Service Works, Balconies and future Aluminium/Curtain Wall divisions.
  • Build a -month sales plan with clear monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Implement a defined sales process from enquiry to handover.
  • Protect margin and elevate the company’s position with main contractors and suppliers.
  • Generate new opportunities across Tier 1, Tier 2 and regional contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a structured outreach plan.
