Our client is a rapidly growing Β£15m t/o drinks SME already outselling some of the biggest brands (Red Bull, Monster, Coca Cola) in the category. They have excellent distribution and are listed in major UK Grocers . Weβre looking for a commercially sharp, strategic and inspiring sales leader to shape and scale the brandβs commercial strategy β driving growth and leading a high-performing sales team. π
Role & Responsibilities: π
- Sales Leadership & Strategy - Define and deliver the commercial roadmap across retail, wholesale, e-commerce and on-trade. Set clear objectives, build actionable KPIs and lead with vision.
