About the job Head of Sales & Client Experience Delivery
Senior Manager, reports to the MD of the SME business. Experience is required in leading a sales team, leading managers who have teams under them, and digital client journey management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Deliver the client value proposition.
- Define the customer experience golden thread andensure delivery through the sales team and Marketingdivisions digital team.
- Set up client experience measures and feedbackexercises, using the results to motivate for and drivecontinuous improvement.
- Propose improvements and new features related tothe products and client service processes.
- Take ownership of collections and co-ordinate thesolve for operational issues impacting the clientexperience.
