Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.Secure distribution of company products in the market and develop the distribution channel.Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.New market segment and to research on clients requirement and competitors products and pries (projects and commercial).Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities).
