Black & Grey is recruiting for a leading Dubai based logistics and freight forwarding organization is hiring a Head of Sales, Sea Freight. This is a senior commercial mandate to scale ocean freight revenue across key trade lanes, deepen strategic accounts, and build a high performing sea freight sales organization.
- Grow sea freight revenue across priority trade lanes and customer segments.- Win new business through strong market intelligence and a consistent pipeline.- Lead rate, contract, and commercial negotiations with customers and partners.- Own key accounts and executive relationships to protect and expand revenue.- Build, coach, and performance manage a strong sales team.- Drive forecasts, KPIs, budgeting, profitability, and clean reporting.- Work closely with operations to protect service levels and client experience.
