About The Job
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Service Governance Strategy to join our COO organization in Germany. This senior leadership position will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the overall governance framework and strategic direction of Service Governance within Allianz Technology. The role ensures alignment with corporate rules, regulatory requirements and Group governance standards and functional collaboration across all service delivery functions as well as towards Allianz Group.
What You Do
- Define and implement the Service Governance framework and operating model to ensure alignment with Group standards and strategic objectives.
- Anticipate regulatory developments, driving alignment within COO area and AZ Technology delivery teams and ensure compliance with Group Corporate Rules and external frameworks (e.g., NIS2, DORA).
