Job Description
- Lead and develop the structured solutions sales business across Switzerland
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with private banks, external asset managers (EAMs), family offices, and institutional clients
- Drive revenue through structured products, including structured notes, AMCs, and securitisation solutions
- Distribute multi-issuer investment solutions across equities, rates, FX, and credit
- Structure and originate bespoke investment solutions tailored to client requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Swiss market
- Collaborate closely with structuring, trading, and product teams to deliver innovative client solutions
- Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and product strategies
- Own and manage P&L, ensuring consistent revenue generation
- Act as a senior representative of the firm to key clients and stakeholders
