You will lead the strategic execution and operational direction of a crucial systems group shaping the next generation of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft technology. This position offers the autonomy to guide four engineering teams and establish the core processes that will define the future of sustainable aviation.
What you will need
Over nine years of systems engineering experience within the aerospace sector. Proven leadership background managing and mentoring engineering teams. Comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems architecture, integration and certification processes. Proficiency with system modelling tools such as System Modelling Language or MATLAB/Simulink.
