Job Description
Your mission
- Build, lead, and grow the Systems Engineering team, ensuring strong performance and delivery of key product milestones
- Define and drive the systems engineering strategy, aligned with overall product and company goals
- Own the overall system design of our UAV platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and ready for certification
- Make and guide key system design decisions across software, hardware, and mechanics
- Drive the development of the system architecture, ensuring all parts work together seamlessly
- Ensure clear and structured requirements, with full traceability from stakeholder needs to implementation
- Lead system-level testing and validation, ensuring the product meets certification requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
