Head of Talent & Operations – India (EU-based company)

We are looking for a high-impact, hands-on Head of Talent & Operations to lead and scale our recruitment activities in the Indian market , while also driving operational excellence across EU–India collaboration. This is a hybrid strategic + execution role combining: IT / Digital recruitment leadership Direct sourcing & talent acquisition ownership Cross-regional operational coordination You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring quality, and acting as a bridge between EU stakeholders and India-based talent.
