Role Purpose
The Head of Talent, Performance & Organisational Design is a critical leadership role within the HR function, accountable for shaping Temenos’ future‑ready organisation. This role drives how the company develops, deploys and evolves talent at scale, ensuring that organisational design, performance management and workforce strategy are fully aligned to business priorities. A key focus of the role is to lead enterprise‑wide organisational design and workforce transformation, leveraging AI‑enabled insights and advanced strategic workforce planning to ensure Temenos has the right skills, structures and capabilities to deliver its growth, innovation and efficiency ambitions. The role operates as a strategic partner to the senior leaders, translating business strategy into sustainable organisation models, talent systems and performance frameworks.
