Head of Talent Strategy & Acquisition

The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority is seeking a leader for the Talent Planning and Acquisition Section. In this role, you will direct workforce planning, recruitment, and Emiratization processes, ensuring strategic alignment with Dubai Government HR legislation.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR management, with at least 14 years of experience, including senior leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in HR Management is essential, while a Master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
