Job Description

Interim Head of Tax job requires an experienced UK tax focused Head of Tax for this interim tax job, located just outside London.


Commencing in June and for a 12 months period, this role will take you through to the start of summer . The interim Head of Tax role involves taking full ownership of all tax matters across the group, operating as the tax expert for both compliance and advisory whilst also partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.


Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position has 2 direct reports and will involve being in the office 3 days per week.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on all direct and indirect tax matters.

  • Own tax governance, compliance and risk management, including SAO requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with HMRC, auditors, and external advisers.

  • Deliver timely tax reporting requirements.
