Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee teaching and learning strategies across the school.
- Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.
- Monitor classroom performance curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
- Drive professional development programs for teachers and staff.
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
- Actively participate in school events assemblies and strategic educational planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education Teaching & Learning or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (Masters preferred) in Education Leadership or Pedagogy.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching leadership experience with at least 23 years in Dubai/UAE.
