At Rocket Digital we are looking for a Head of Tech to join the Digital product Team.
The role
- Analysis and management of workload and resource planning according to the team status. Allocation of new projects based on project status and workload of the team.
- Search, negotiation and relationship with partnerships, mainly Shopify as main point of contact and Rocket representative in the ecosystem and events.
- 1to1 to monitor the team and its performance.
- Management and maintenance of the company's dashboards and control systems such as BoB (Book of Business), Forecast and Business Plan.
- Propose and implement Marketing initiatives and tasks on Shopify and the area's services together with Rocket's Marketing Manager.
