1. Asset & Reliability Management
Establish an efficient, transparent cost and asset management framework, overseeing the site maintenance budget to optimize plant availability and FAM cost efficiency.Take full accountability for the reliability and operational integrity of all site assets; own the reliability target-setting process and align with all relevant global and local stakeholders.Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy, including standard procedures, processes, systems, tools, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in asset utilization across all facilities....
