:Leading the User Research team at Cleo, responsible for planning and delivery of different user research projects to help us build new features and iterate on existing ones Manage the roadmap for User Research and vision, creating space within the team for foundational work that isn't specific to a squad and feature. Gain an immense amount of knowledge but also a very high-level understanding and strategic outlook about how User Research at Cleo marries up with the rest of the company.
