We’re seeking a creative and disciplined HEAD PASTRY CHEF with the vision to elevate desserts into memorable dining experiences. The group operates three distinct concepts: a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery – each reflecting a diverse culinary identity and high standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma in Patisserie or equivalent professional certification
- 5-7+ years’ pastry experience in fine‑dining or premium casual restaurants
- Proven track record in menu development, seasonal innovation, and high‑volume production
