The ideal candidate will bring innovation, precision, and consistency, ensuring all pastry offerings meet luxury lodge standards.

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Relevant Pastry / Culinary qualification
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Head Pastry Chef in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation
- Ability to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Good organisational and stock control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
