Job Description
Build and maintain relationships with defence customers, government agencies, and system integrators.Lead high-level customer engagements, product briefings, and capability demonstrations.Represent the organization in industry forums, exhibitions, and defence eventsOwn revenue targets, profit margins, and business growth metrics for the product line & Monitor program performance and profitabilityWork with R&D and product teams to define product roadmaps and capability upgrades.Align product development priorities with market needs and upcoming defence programs.Provide inputs on technology investments and capability development.Lead technical pre-sales activities for Laser Weapon Systems and Counter-Drone solutions across defence and security programs.Analyse customer RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and develop compliant technical solutions.
