Job Description:
1.Premium collections, allocations and audit
Perform periodic audit on client payment data to ensure the highest quality and compliance standards are upheld.
Develop strategies to improve collection rates, reduce lapse rates, and continuously improve policy persistency

Report on the Departmental KPIs which include, individual Premium Collections, Inception and Annual Premium Equivalent
