- Drive land due diligence, master planning, and concept development aligned to growth strategy.
- Oversee design management, value engineering, and capital budgeting for projects of varying scale.
- Manage selection and governance of PMCs, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful delivery.
