Job Description
The Head, Projects & Transformation role will drive systems enhancement, workflow optimisation and productivity uplift across treasury operations, supporting service excellence, operational resilience and scalability across the region. The role plays a key part in advancing Maybank’s ROAR30 strategic priorities by modernising operating models, redesigning processes and embedding sustainable digital capabilities within Treasury Operations.
Role Purpose
- Drive large‑scale digital and operational transformation across Regional Treasury Operations.
- Partner closely with the Head, Regional Treasury Operations to translate strategy into executable, technology‑enabled transformation programmes.
