Role Title: Head – Sales and Marketing Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Business: MMTV Ltd.

A. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY: A critical leadership position, this role is pivotal to shaping the MM TV's
channels' Strategy and Revenue as it relates to Sales & Marketing. The role will have an approximate
team size of 45 members spread across Sales and Marketing functions across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & PR
Lead the marketing strategy for Mazhavil Manorama and Manorama News in India and Gulf.
Develop a superior brand perception for the Channels through breakthrough marketing plans and using
strong consumer insights & behavior patterns.
Drive extensive PR for properties & Lead Strategic Tie-ups.
