Job Description

About the Role:
The Head – Sales (Hybrid / Solar) will be responsible for driving sales and order inflow for Solar and Hybrid renewable energy projects, with primary focus on utilityscale and large C&I solar projects and solarled hybrid solutions.
The role is executionoriented and customerfacing, responsible for managing endtoend sales cycles, customer relationships and deal closures and will work closely with internal engineering, projects, finance, and legal teams to deliver commercially viable and technically bankable Solar and Hybrid solutions.

Candidates with a strong solar background, particularly in solar modules, EPC sales, and projectbased contracting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solar & Hybrid Sales Execution
Drive order inflow for Solar and Solarled Hybrid (SolarWind / SolarStorage) projects.
Manage sales opportunities across utilityscale, IPP and large C&I customers.
