An Upscale & Prestige Bar & Restaurant is seeking a Head Sommelier to create and lead our wine program . - Develop and implement a concept-driven wine program from scratch, aligned with Uma Nota’s culinary vision.
- Curate a wine list that balances classic favorites with unique and emerging producers.
- Engage guests with confidence, offering expert recommendations and elevating the overall dining experience.
- Establish vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier partnerships.
