Role Overview
We’re hiring an exceptional Head of English Language Arts (ELA) to help build and lead a new American high school offering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an academic program from the ground up—designing a rigorous, engaging, and tech-enabled ELA program while helping redefine the future of excellent teaching.
The head of ELA will own the end-to-end development of the ELA program, including curriculum design, instructional approach, assessment, pacing, and teacher support, while also directly teaching one of the courses. This is not a traditional “plug-and-play” teaching role. We operate a highly interactive hybrid learning model that combines world‑class remote teachers, in‑class facilitators, and technology‑enabled learning.
Note that this role may be remote; relocation is not required.
